Today was our least milage of the entire trip. We rode only 25 miles, from Waldoboro Maine to Camden. The predicted rain held off until after we got into town.
It was too early to check into our B&B, so we had lunch at a wharf side pub and then explored the town of Camden, which is quite a nice little burg!
Most of today's pictures are from sights walking around town.
The pretty little falls was a surprise with the river running right through the center of town, with some shops built right over the river. Then the falls with the ocean right at the base of the falls.
The weather report says we will be riding in substantial rain for tomorrow's 45 mile slog into Bucksport. Our last overnight will be Bucksport before we reach Arcadia National Park, which is our final destination.
